The Fourth Reich

So here it is, the real start of my new blog. All the juicy, gorey battle stories of the time I spend at work. I know what some of you are thinking: how can you have 'war stories' out of an office? Trust me, it gets vicious sometimes.

I suppose there's no real better place to start than with a character list. As these are stories based on real events (from my point of view anyway), I can't very well use actual names. The stories I tell are mainly of my coworkers, but I will say there are some interesting people that come through my office and they'll be mixed in here as well.

The main focus and, yes I'll admit it, inspiration for this blog comes from one person in particular: the office nazi. Harsh as it may seem, she has created this name for herself and grows into it more and more with each day that I work with her. For everyone else I have decided to pull a "gossip girl" and only use initials.

Aside from the nazi there are a few key players in my stories:
G - the young, funny boss who keeps things lighthearted when he can.
P - one of the oldest employees there who makes things a bit strange sometimes.
S - a younger employee, new to the office like myself. I like talking to her to maintain some form of sanity.
E - the old firecracker who cracks the jokes you can't help but to laugh at.
M - one of the other younger employees who is the resident sweetheart. She's the kind of person who can find the good in any situation.

I promise that I will keep what I'm sure will be constrewed by some as whining to a minimum and try to stick to only the "good stuff." (Oh and trust me, from here on in my posts will not always be so formal and boringly structured)
